Exercising the brain keeps you young, doesn’t it? Per diem legal work is a fountain of youth, then. There’s nothing like reasoning through a nice meaty choice of law issue to keep the synapses firing! I’m working on choice of law in insurance coverage where multiple states have a connection to the accident.

Recently I asked Megan Oltman, Esq. to assist me with legal research and a brief in connection with a motion which presented some complicated legal issues in both matrimonial and contract law. It was a last minute request over a weekend with only a few days of lead time. Megan jumped right in, did the research and produced an excellent brief which I was able to utilize virtually exactly as she had written it. I was very satisfied with her quick grasp of the issues and the quality of her research and writing and plan to call for her assistance again.
